PURCHASES

♡ All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, NO refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

♡ Preorders are accepted ONLY through PayPal (Friends & Family) or Cash App.

♡ PayPal Goods & Services will NOT be accepted for preorders. If a payment is sent using Goods & Services, your preorder may be canceled until the payment is resent using Friends & Family.

♡ Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all current and future products.

♡ Please ensure all purchase information is correct before completing your order.

LICENSE

♡ Each purchase grants one personal-use license only.

♡ Sharing, leaking, redistributing, uploading, reselling, trading, money pooling, or asset farming any part of my products is strictly prohibited.

♡ Both parties must legally own the avatar before using a third-party uploader.

♡ You may purchase on behalf of someone else ONLY as long as the information submitted reflects the recipient.

EDITING

♡ Full avatars may be edited for personal use only.

♡ Heavy edits are allowed, but credit to me as the original creator is always required.

♡ My custom textures, custom sculpts, custom assets, logos, branding, and original creations may NOT be reused, extracted, removed or repurposed under any circumstances.

♡ You may not transfer assets from my avatars onto another avatar.

PUBLIC USE

♡ My avatars may NOT be made public under any circumstances.

♡ You may not upload my avatars to accounts that do not own the avatar.

♡ Uploading for friends is only permitted if every account involved has purchased the avatar.

CONTENT CREATION

♡ My avatars may be used for streaming, videos, photography, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and other content creation.

♡ Please provide visible credit to @ilas.xo / .gg/ilas whenever possible.

SUPPORT

♡ Basic Unity knowledge is expected before purchasing.

♡ I cannot guarantee compatibility with every future VRChat, Unity, SDK, or third-party asset update.

♡ Product support is provided for genuine issues related to the original purchased package only.

♡ Any clipping, missing or broken items can be reported by making a ticket in discord.gg/ilas. Know that my avatars are highly customizable, therefore eliminating all clipping is near impossible. If something clips, it may not be intended to be worn together.

BANS

♡ If you are banned from my shop, Discord, or storefront, you permanently lose permission to purchase, upload, edit, or use any of my products.

AGREEMENT

By purchasing or using my products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

If you witness anyone violating these Terms of Service or using my products illegally, please contact me on Discord: ila.s.

Right to Update: These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of my products constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Failure to adhere to terms of service will result in fines and legal action. You will be asked to cease and remove as well.

The copyright in a work initially belongs to the author(s) who created that work. Copyright exists automatically in an original work of authorship once it is fixed in a tangible medium.

This 3D asset is protected by Copyright Law, illegal distribution and failure to abide by the given Terms of Service of the said asset can be subjected to fines between $200 to $150,000, infringer pays actual dollar amount of damages and profits made by said stolen asset, the infringer will pay all attorney fees and court costs, illegal iterations of the stolen work can be impounded and possible jail time.
